We celebrate with lights because we celebrate the Light.
“I have come as Light into the world, so that everyone who believes in Me will not remain in darkness.” – Jesus (John 12:46)
And we have life in His Light.
The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned. Isaiah 9:2
Rejoice, for we no longer walk in darkness!
